This notice describes the custom beta waitlist and its current limits. It is not a complete inventory of every hosting service or WordPress plugin.
What joining records
The form collects your email and consent to occasional product and private-beta updates. The plugin stores an encrypted email, a keyed duplicate-detection value, signup time, source label, consent version and record identifier. It uses a short-lived keyed value derived from the request IP for rate limiting. Joining does not start alerts or place trades.
Access and messages
Authorized site administrators can export readable emails and delete records. Encryption at rest does not prevent authorized access and is not a guarantee against compromise. The current plugin does not send confirmation or marketing emails. The operator must configure an unsubscribe process and review consent before sending future updates.
Other data and retention
Hosting, caching, security and other WordPress components may keep request logs or use cookies. Optional Site Operations analytics record aggregate page counts; they do not establish the practices of other plugins. The waitlist currently has no automatic retention purge. Database backups and exported copies can retain information after a record is deleted from the active list. The operator must confirm retention, providers and disposal practices before public promotion.
Requests and unresolved details
Use the public privacy/corrections contact below, if configured, to ask the operator about access or deletion. Do not provide passwords or financial account data. If no contact appears, the contact channel has not been configured and the owner readiness check remains unresolved. No response deadline or verified legal-compliance status is claimed.
